Membership — GOMECO ALUMNII PVT. LTD.

What we collect: your name, photograph, contact details, professional details (speciality, qualifications, council registration, organisation) and transaction history — used solely to operate the membership programme.
Where it shows: profile information appears in the member directory only to signed-in members, limited by the visibility settings configured by the administrators. Your password is stored only as a secure hash; your payment credentials never touch our servers (the payment gateway handles them).
Communications: we use your email/mobile for membership administration — approvals, payment receipts, renewal reminders and official announcements. You cannot opt out of transactional messages.
Payments: receipts and invoices record amounts, taxes (GST) and transaction references as required by law.
Retention & your rights: membership records are retained while you are a member and for statutory periods thereafter. You may request correction of your data at any time from your profile (sensitive corrections are reviewed by administrators). You may request deletion by contacting the administrators, subject to statutory retention.
Security: data is transmitted over TLS, access is role-restricted, and the database is backed up regularly.
